NissanConnect Question
My NissanConnect trial is about to come to an end. I went to the web site to see about renewing it and they want $20 a month for the middle level service. That sounds pretty expensive. So i am wondering what I will lose if I decide not to continue the service.
The one feature I really like is the remote start, access and lock. Its great to be able to start the car from my office when it's been sitting in the hot Florida sun during the day. I guess I have to figure if that is worth $240.00 a year.
However, I am not sure I will be losing features such as Navigation, Weather, Sports, etc. I thought these were under the SiriusXM features, which I have renewed past the trial.
The reason I'm confused is when I start the car and immediately try to check weather or traffic, a pop up box says verifying subscription. Is it verifying the SiriusXM services or the NissanConnect services? I can't tell.
So any thought on this would be appreciated. Thanks.
