Not receiving Vehicle Health Report
I got my 2017 Maxima in March. Got a vehicle health report in March and April, usually on the 15th. I did not get one for May. Called Nissan in June to report the problem. They said they weren't sure why I didn't get one for May, but they would escalate the problem and try to figure it out. About a week later (on June 15th), I got one for June. Thought maybe they had fixed whatever the problem was. But now I didn't get one for July. Anyone else having trouble with this?

I have the Nissan Connect Services app, which allows you to lock/unlock your car from the app, as well as a few other services. It's supposed to give you a monthly vehicle health report to let you know if any maintenance action is required.

Only the Platinum has the nissan connect extra features like this. Download the app or register on the nissan connect website. You get 6 free months of the premium service once you register. The service is just like On Star for comparison.

Could you elaborate on why you wish to do that? (I myself have an S, which I love.) If it's a couple of features that you really wish you had, you may be able to get them aftermarket for much less than the loss you'd be taking on the trade. Of course, another option is to move on from Nissan and go for something else entirely.

I LOVE my Maxima. I really wanted leather and a sunroof, and should have done it to begin with.
