Charge Iphone - 22016 Nissan Maxima Owner

How do you guys charge your phones in the car?? USB acts weird sometimes. Should I be using the power adapter?

I use a power adapter, as Apple Car Play sucks... So many people upset because the 2016 doesn't have it. It is almost worthless. Even without Car Play I can't stand it when your car tries to play the music on your phone automatically everytime you plug it in...

I also use waze on my phone... It is ridiculous for the car to change the source everytime there is a map notification.

i use an adapter, with multiple ports and "quick charge," for the cig outlet.

the usb ports, seems to me, prioritizes as media ports.
and the fact that it wants to remember what device, ex. phone, you plug on each is a bit annoying. including that autoplay, like you guys mentioned. not sure if i tried fat32 formatted thumb stick yet...

Thanks! If you don't mind me asking, what adapter brand do you use?

Maybe try changing your charging cable? Mine has never had an issue, and charges just as quickly as when it is plugged into my high wattage ipad adapter at home.

There are two grooves in the armrest (see pic) that allow cables to run under the lid even when the lid is closed.

Power Outlet is not Working

My power outlet is not working anymore. I have a nissan maxima 2016. Should I check my fuse to see if it's done? Any suggestions or thoughts?
