Navigation Address Book problem

Hello!

I have a 2017 Platinum, and have an odd issue with the Navigation address book. The system can apparently hold 100 addresses and 100 last destinations...However....If you search the NAV address book by voice, it will only allow you to choose from the first 10 addresses (alphabetically). If you do it with the touch screen, you can choose from the first 14. To get access to all your addresses or previous destinations....you must stop the car! So for example, I have 21 addresses stored. By voice, I can't access anything that starts at "N" or higher. With the touch screen, I can access up to "T". To access "U" or higher....I must stop the car. Just now noticing this because I just added a bunch of addresses. Can anyone else confirm this problem, or know how to see if there is a software update? This cannot possibly be the way it is intended to operate.

Finally brought this to the dealer's attention when I went for an oil change. They checked with Nissan, and it is a "known problem".....however they have no information on when it will be fixed (if ever). Not impressed with that answer.
