370z Sport Rays for Max!!

Hey guys;
So i just got my hands on a fresh set of 370z Sport Rays. One of the guys i baught them from had them powder coated befor i baught them. I think i have all the information i need to get these bad boys mounted but it doesnt help to get some info or feed back from you. So currently the 16" SR max has 19x9 all around with 245/40/19s which is ok but the new Rays are 19x9 front and 19x10 rear which means there staggered. So the front tires will have 245/40/19 which is no problem but the rear should have either 255 or 265/35/19. I will not be lowering the car so i dont think i need to roll the rear fenders? I really dont want to spread the back tires and want to leave some tire on there so i think 265 is the better choice. For the front i will use either 10mm or 15mm spacers to push the tires out flush to the fenders. If im missing anything let me know.

Stock:
19x9 with 245/40/19

Rays:

Front:
Rims: 19x9 with 245/40/19
Spacers: 10mm or 15mm

Rear:
Rims 19x10 with 255 or 265/35/19
No spacers

If you don’t lower no issues,but if you do the 265 on the back will rub. Am running 255 lower i roll my fenders.
