Exclamation Audio Player Issues - 2017 Maxima Platinum

Hi,

I'm having following issues in my Maxima. Is anybody out there facing the same issue?

Problem 1:

Whenever I get in my car, most of the times, the playlist in my USB starts to play from beginning, but not from where I left off. I thought it was the issue with the USB. So I tried with different USB's, but still the same.

Problem 2:

The audio player just freezes all of sudden and doesn't play anything. Though I change the source from USB to Bluetooth audio, it does nothing. It reads the data on USB but doesn't play anything. It completely stops.

Problem 3:

When a Track 3 in album A is playing, it suddenly jumps to Track 4 or Track 5 in Album D.
It changes tracks and albums by itself, which is very very frustrating.

One of these problems always occur when ever i'm driving. This is a repeated issue which i'm not happy about and it gets really frustrating some times.

Does anybody know any solution for this?

Thanks,
Rakesh Chowdary D

I have not had any luck using a USB as a source for my audio books. Most of the time it would restart the book from the beginning instead of where I left off. Now I just use my phone as a source and it works better as I have two vehicles and it always takes up where I left off no mater which vehicle I am in.

I agree, that's always the best solution. But, I have huge collection of songs, and apparently I can't fit everything in my phone. Looks like I need to burn them to a disc and start using CD player. Reported the issue to the dealer ship, even they don't know what the exact problem is. I have also tried switching many USB's and nothing works.

I’m just curious. The SD card slot where maps are stored. Can it read other files?

Ya, it's such a pain and it doesn't get any better. Especially when you or on highways, and audio player just freezes.
