Weather stripping has torn :/
Minor but still surprised having the car for just under a year brand new. Drivers side door on the inside weather strip has a complete tear middle part. I also see signs of cracking and will split more. Going to get it taken care of next oil change. Passenger side is perfectly fine and looks brand new. Also on the drivers side where the moonroof is. The plastic covering piece going from the front to the back is loose up front.

I had that happen to one of my cars once when the door danged near froze so solid I could hardly open it. Seems there was moisture between the seal and the metal frame of the car. When I yanked on the door I heard a tearing sound and sure enough, ripped the rubber seal. Now I used a thin coating of silicone grease on the door seals. Then if I have to leave my car out of the garage on an extremely cold night I have no worry about ripping the door seal.
