Remote Start vs. Remotely Open Windows

Hello everyone. I am trying to do something which I don't know is possible. I want to remotely start the car and also remotely open the front two windows before I get to the car. I know how to do both separately, but it seems that if I do one, I can't do the other. Is there a certain sequence required to do both things. Oh, yeah, I have the 2017 SV.
Thanks, Dave

I doubt it, although you could try pushing the window roll down and remote start at the same time, but I think one signal will cancel out the other one. The remote start requires the door to be closed and locked so if you press the window roll down that unlocks the door, disabling the remote start feature.

Ok your way - You remote start the car and roll the windows down at the same time and the person standing next to the car says thank you very much and drives off with it. Seems pretty stupid to me.

that is not possible, the engine will turn off if the keys are not in the car, so no one can drive the car away.

@who4ever
going back to the topic i personally did this several times:

first you open the widows remotely (press unlock 4 sec) second step you start the engine remotely (press lock then press engine start 4 sec). its pretty hot over here so it is very useful for me.

Thanks for the question. I had no idea you could roll down the windows remotely! Great tip!

This has been a Maxima feature since at least the 2004 model year (maybe even before that and with other Nissan models, but I have no personal experience with earlier models).

SOB, I've had this car for over a year now, I know it was a feature on other cars, just never thought to try.
