Actually, there have already been a few posts about the 8th Gen Maxima featured in movies. One other one is The Girls on the Train.

This is a vague response...I just saw one in a movie the other day...when they went thru a scene where they had to speed off they downshifted the car with a column shifter...LOL...ridiculous. What a crook....

I know...I'm racking my brain trying to remember... it was recent and I recall telling my wife "My Maxima and no Maxima has a column shifter...how inaccurate was that? If you can film the vehicle in the movie how hard would it have been to show them putting the actual car in gear? It was only a split second shot but well educated maxima drivers could tell....

I'm pretty sure it was the "Castle Rock", when they went into the weird multiverse BS, and the crazy chick form 2.5 men was driving it if I recall...But yeah, I had the same WTF response over the column shifter. As a side bar, I hated that show. Started off with a lot of promise, then just fizzled out like a dead balloon.

Yea. It was castle rock. Just for one episode.
Now I can sleep...that show also annoyed me...my wife insisted on watching it and it was all over the place without any direction. Even when it ended I was still...WTF???
