Headlight Issue

One of my daytime headlights (driver side) does not fully illuminate. What could be the issue?

Are you referring to the LEDs? What do you mean by not fully illuminating?

There are two modes with DRLs. When headlights off they illuminated at full power. When headlights on DRLs gets dimmer. I suspect one of them thinks headlights are on.

OP try to disconnect battery or check if bulb is functioning.
