Of course there is. But you gotta find that reasonable price. You can get those wheels from a reputable used wheel repair/reseller for around $300 shipped. So even though they likely retail for above $500 each, you gotta price them to sell. But yeah, they probably fit the Altima even the sentra, and of course you got guys on here with leases that may have curbed a set, so they might be interested too...Just gotta advertise in a couple places, Here, Altima forum, Craigslist...I have sold several wheels on CL, all OEM, 3 sets, some not so great a shape and made more than what I got them for originally. The key again, advertise in several places.

That is a ripoff.. Can buy them brand new from the dealer for $300 or less each..

 

For sure there is a market for these wheels as curb grinding is the norm unless you have the Platinum. Even then I have replaced 2 wheels in 3 years because of careless parking. Paid 230 bucks a wheel (not rim) shipped from EBAY

 

 

I found a full set rims/tires with lots of life left earlier this year for $500.00 .. a come up if I may say so myself !
