2018 Maxima SV
so I have a 2018 Nissan Maxima SV that I am leasing, looking to upgrade the performance a little. It’s a lease so I don’t want anything crazy something simple easy to take out when I have to return it. I heard about a cold air intake and a tune any specific recommendations? Or any other upgrade ideas?
Much appreciated !!

Agree ! Sometimes we want to do things that are actually counterproductive. We used to call this add-on stuff "Kentucky Go-Fasters" . Car ends up sounding like a mooing cow and is actually slower. The Maxima looks fast and for me "fast enough" on the road.

not to mention that he is leasing it, he's playing with fire.

Allegedly this intake will get you 8-ish HP. It's $367. https://www.stillen.com/performance/...an-maxima.html
Allegedly this exhaust will get you 15-ish HP. It's $1196. https://www.stillen.com/2016-2018-ni...an-maxima.html
Both of these will likely be in violation of your lease agreement. They are unlikely to notice or care, but if they do, that is not your car and therefore you could face troubles.
