Im installing a amp and subs to the factory radio. I was wondering where to run the remote wire so it's not continous. Are there any fuses in the interior fuse box that I can use?

 

The right Line Output Converter will have onboard remote on. I'd say get the right powered LOC and you'll be happy. better signal output, and built in remote on. It senses the speaker signal and then sends power to remote on.
