Parking sensors

just bought a 2017 Nissan maxima sv, amazing car but I've had an issue recently. It snowed and the back up sensors were a little weird and since then they don't work at all. On my display when I put it in reverse it comes up with the cast and the sensor location if I get closer to something nothing happens no beep no indication on the dash nothing. In the bottom left corner it says off, I've gone into the settings and made sure everything is set to on but it's not working. Please help.
