Cool 2019 MAxima Front and Rear tailight Fit 8th Genration.

Hey Everyone,

I have a 2017 Maxima and looking to do some mods. I do know that the 2019 model the rear taillights are an exact fit for the 8th gen but was curious to if the front lights would as well.

Fronts are not.

Its not an exact fit. There a small gap between the bumper and headlight. So it can fit but I think its a 1 or 2in gap below....the only remedy to it is to replace the bumper as well.

Also, the 19 headlights throw a code up for 16-18 Maximas for voltage. No remedy for it yet. If you can live with that and the $2000 bucks to complete the front end swap, go for it. I do love my 19 tails though on my 17 SR. WAAAAY better than those red blob lights it had.

Great points! How much dough do you have in the tail light swaps? Very clean look for your 17

I had to replace both sides anyway due to cracks. But if you use the 19s, you also have to do the reverse or it looks stupid. It was north of $800. But, happy with the look. The lights are all trimmed in black which looks sick on my black SR, more integrated into the body, slimmer even though the same size as the original lights.

The other thread on this has my pics and a link to the original online post I found that made me want to do it:
