Lane Keep Assist not working

I got 2018 Maxima recently and noticed the car goes out of lane on the highway and no computer kicks in to assist.
the feature worked the first day I brought the car home from the dealership a few weeks ago. The emergency braking system still works and beeps whenever a car is close a head, the blind spot lights and beeps also working fine. Only car doesn’t keep in the lanes as it should and does on many other cars now.

wondering if anyone else has this problem? Any settings that may get it to work again?

I have a 2018 and believe that lane assist is not available on 2018’s. It would be nice to have if so.

Interesting you feel your car has it. Was your ride a late build 2018? Might possibly have it. Thought only the 2019+ had this in the Maxima. Let us know what you find out!

No worries, it's the internet and it's okay to be wrong. LOL. Maybe not for the dealer salesperson.

I have a 2018 Platinum and will admit I didn't inquire about lane assist (or whatever it is called) and just assumed it had it. It's not a deal breaker for me. I rent cars when I travel (almost weekly) and seems that most cars I rent has it, so you would think a 2018 Platinum would. I did, anyway. Just as a follow up, until I bought a car with "smart cruise control", I always found it very annoying on the rental cars. Now that I am used to it and expect it, when I rent a car that does not have it, it takes me off guard.

So why don't you take it down to your dealership and have them show you where it is.
