Steering volume controls

Is it just me or the volume rockers and the talk switch and the phone switch on the steering wheel randomly stop working?
I can’t use the up and down for skip/reverse but if I’m browsing through the menu between gauges it works perfectly fine. I’m so confused

• Please try not to say ‘good to dealer’ or ‘you should have warranty’ just throw raw opinions

The "Up and Down" volumn rocker is connected to the rear speakers. Your rear speakers have to be working for the rocker and talk switch to work.

Do your rear speakers work?

Here's the thing, I recently posted about the rear speakers not working but sometimes they work. Could it be that the rockers work only when the rear speakers are connected?

like rick said your rear speakers have to be working in order for the rocker to work, so if sometimes you can use it and sometimes you cant then your rear speakers are working some days when it does allow you to use the rocker and the days that it does not means your rear speakers are not working, and if that is the case am sorry to say it but ill just go ahead and say it take that maxi to the dealer and let them check it out i know you didnt want that answer but had to say it to get it out the way
