Wheel/Tire Ideas

I want to start off by apologizing if I’m posting in an incorrect area or if this is already a topic of discussion.

Im in the market for some fresh 18-19” wheels. The wheels on my car got curbed up pretty bad by previous owner some how. Not just 1 either. All 4.

So I’m looking for ideas on a good look with stock ride height and would appreciate some feedback!

Some pictures of rides on stock ride height with wheel/tire specs would be greatly appreciated!

You can also shop for some take off wheels from Ebay as others upgrade. Maybe the cheapest route rather than repairing what you have. If a wheel has been curbed too hard it could be slightly bent. There are lots of nice-looking wheels to choose from. I'm not a fan of the all black scheme though I saw a white Maxima (a 2018 or so) on the tollway with the black wheels, tint, and emblems shaved that was stunning to see in person.
Don't get too radical on the sizes or you will get a tire rubbing, hard riding nightmare. Messing with the ride height is also hit or miss as far as comfort is concerned.
My vote..a 19 inch take off.

If you’re looking to stay with 18/19’s there’s like no limit to what you can get. I mean in reason of course. Don’t want a member jumping on saying “well you can’t fit a 18/19x12 on, it just won’t fit.” Blah blah blah. You guys know what I mean. But honestly it all depends on you and what you like. Size width color/finish flat face concave deep dish step lip staggered squared etc. People on this forum have their thoughts and opinions on all of the above. Hell I have 22” on my SR that I put on from day one of taking delivery and have had no problems. But there’ll be guys on here saying why you shouldn’t do that even though they themselves have never done it. I now have over 60k on my SR and have had no issues. Hell I haven’t had any of the problems most of the members have had with their Max’s. All in all I’d say look at wheels that catch your eye and go from there. When you find some you like put it to a poll on here. These guys will for sure give you feed back. Maybe some you won’t want to hear. Lol! But ultimately it’s your choice in what you like. Make your max your own and good luck.

414 makes a good case for what he did early on. I didn't think a 22" was plausible but he did it! Not sure about his ride quality but as he says, there are a ton of choices.
