Buying a 2016 maxima with 100k Km+ Any problems with you guys Such as the CVT and the

I am buying a 2016 maxima for 15k$ the price is pretty low in my country I am afraid that the car is broken or has a lot of problems so please hit me with your feedbacks (half of the maxima in my country are being sold for 10-20$)

You need to spend some time reading this site's entries. There is a load of advice to be had but there is no sense for us to rephrase what you can easily find. I'd start by trying to pull the service records as well as a carfax to check for wrecks etc. Let us know what you find.

Your main question should be: "was the CVT fluid flushed/changed by the dealer and not the owner himself or a local mechanic". Or, buy the car and change it immediately (assuming there's no error codes or any other signs of CVT "judder" or belt-slippage.
