Swapping SV to SR steering wheels

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has swapped their sterring wheel for different trim? Need some advice or guidance! Thank you.

People had asked about swapping steering wheels for the paddles.
The answer is a resounding "NO".

Only the SR gets them. No others. It's more than the wheel - it's wiring and ECU (+ transmission) coding.
Idiotic? Yes. My minivan has paddles.
