Normal coolant temp

So back in April I bought a 2017 maxima s at a toyota dealer in Cincinnati and found out the engine had a blown head gasket and engine was suggested by a nissan dealer to be replaced at 40k miles and I got the car at 90k and the toyota dealer warranties for 6 months or 6k miles got a new engine installed for no charge and when I sit idling with the air on for 30 mins or so my obd scanner showed the temp going up to 215f and when I Rev it for 10 seconds at about 1800rpm temp drops back down to 185f and then goes back up into the 200 range and wondering if maybe the raidiator is clogged somewhat or if this is normal temp because when the engine was suggested to be replaced the service history said they found foreign liquid in radiator so my guess that liquid was head gasket stop leak if anyone could help me figure this issue out

Keep in mind, there are two thermostatically controlled fans behind the radiator- I had a short in one of them on my '17 a few years ago and engine temps were spiking as you described.
