Considering purchasing a 2016 SR with 43k miles and in my market the dealer is asking $22k. Price aside what questions should I ask and what should I be aware of? Any long term issues or problems I should focus on or worry about? Good purchase or not?

 

Sounds like a reasonable deal, if there are service records, that would be a plus. If not, you should ask for or perform the following services:


Oil and Filter change
cabin and engine air filter changed
Transmission flush and refill PER MANUAL.
Coolant flush/ refill
Brake fluid flush/ refill
check belts for wear
battery load test
check brake pads for wear
wheel alignment/ tire condition
wash, rinse and enjoy...

look at the outside of the drivers seat and see if it shows signs of wear and tear,if it looks new there then its a good sign prior owner took care with it.

 

Check for any rear suspension rattles by going over a rough rail crossing
