Satellite radio issue

I have a 2016 Nissan maxima S. Has anyone had problems with your XM radio saying no signal I’ve tried everything from refreshing the radio to disconnecting the battery. A radio installer told me that there’s no wiring issues loose plugs or anything like that. Any suggestions?

Have you called SXM customer service? Maybe something changed on your account. I assume the other audio sources are working?

I would try calling their customer service too. I had problems with the no service error before and they helped me to reset it.
