2016 platinum radio issue

2016 platinum radio issue
I have a 2016 platinum with the Bose radio.
last February the dealer change out the radio for a new one. The issue is that the SiriusXM radio station don’t load properly.
some time I would wait over 30 minutes for the presets to load .
other times it would not remember the last action it was on .
this November the deal changed it again #3 radio.
in less than a month the same thing has occurred.
i have an appointment January 22 2019 with a technical expert.
from what I’m reading this is more common than I thought.
Nissan customer service has been very accommodating to me since I have over 40,000 miles on it .
The issue is very frustrating.
Does anyone have a clue why this has occurred.
the early radio is a clarion .
