Infotainment Software Version

Hi everyone!

I’ve hit a brick wall it seems with our Maxima’s infotainment system. We had it for about 16 months now. Everything was right as rain until we got our new iPhones in November. Since then we’ve had terrible call quality when using CarPlay. Staticky, broken, and unreadable. We have to disconnect and let the call transfer to Bluetooth.

I’ve seen the TSBs regarding the Sentra/Kicks/Altimas software updates and I’m curious if anyone else has had issues with CarPlay or had an update for their Maxima? Currently ours says there isn’t an update and the current version listed is 0907.

Any insight would be great.
