Solve function not working
Solve function not working
Hi, I am a very new Maxima user. I am trying to solve a differential equation, I have found a function s(t). Now I need the inverse of this function, t(s). I have tried using solve but it leaves t on both sides of the equation, which is of no use to me. Could someone please help me?
s(t)=(-m*asinh(sqrt(m/(2*abs(Cd)*abs(P)*abs(dp)*abs(g)*abs(t))))-m*log(abs(t))+sqrt(2*abs(Cd)*abs(P)*abs(dp)*abs(g) *abs(m)*t^2+m^2))/(abs(Cd)*abs(P)*abs(dp))
