Goodbye erybody!

Guess I'll never have to worry about my CVT

6in of standing water in a construction zone on the highway... hydroplaned, smacked the back of a semi and then hit a barrier. I came away with just scratches. Thanks everyone for your contributions, I didn't post much but read a lot. I have purchased a 22 Kia k5 due to slim pickings in my area (and all areas lol).

peace, love and harmony.

that can be fixed but depending on how many airbags were deployed, car mileage and year of car will depend on if its worth it
of course if you really loved the car then money is no object

Sad to see that beauty so damaged, but so glad you made it out okay. Best of luck… and thanks for posting the reminder to beware of those situations. Hope the Kia works out.. please let us know how you like it.

That looked like a hell of a wreck! Glad you came out with only minor injuries. Sorry about the Max but hopefully you enjoy your new ride just as much or even more!

SkyDeaner,

Happy to hear you walked away from this crash. I am impressed your Max protected you and it confirms the lofty crash ratings the Maxima has earned.
Do check-in and let us know how the new ride is performing
