My SOS button no longer lights up green and when clicked, it fails to call.
This happened once before and required a new Telematics unit to be installed.
Is this likely the same thing requiring the same fix?

OR, could this have something to do with cellular carriers retiring 3G data band?

Anyone else in the same predicament?
