My Girlfriend has a 2013 Maxima. She had an air freshener in her air vent and it leaked and ate paint off of her hazard button so she went and bought a new button from Nissan place. Do I have to take the dash off to replace this button? I tried popping the button out but wouldn't come and I didn't want to mess anything up. if there is a link to help me can you let me know how I can do this?

 

got the button replaced. I just popped out the piece around the radio screen unplugged the old button and pushed it out and installed the new and popped the dash piece back in.
