Greenish engine cap?


I just opened this to check my engine cap? I don't know what's called.

I'm coming from watching youtube on how to check your cars

It says it shouldn't be black but gold-ish yellow. But, I came to find that it is rather green.

Is this normal?

Also, what kind of regular maintenance should I do with the car? This is my first car so I lack in some knowledge

Since you posted in the 8th Generation part of the forum, I have to assume you have a 2016 or newer Maxima.

Did your car not come with an owners manual in the glovebox? In the manual, it has a section devoted to vehicle maintenance.
