Good day. I have a 2016 Maxima Platinum. The problem I have is the backup camera works for only about 5 seconds and then goes blank. Along
with that, the sensor work but the sound does not. The sound is set to "on" for the sensors. Can the AV Unit be re-programmed some kind of way to
get it to work?

The dealer said they do not have the program which is weird.
