Touch Screen Not Working

Wsup Forum. I have a 2016 Nissan maxima and the touch screen isn’t working. If try to press any of the buttons nothing happens. Any solutions?

To clarify, the screen is on, right? But it's non responsive to touch? As long as you don't mind losing your settings, I'd disconnect the battery, wait 10 minutes, and reconnect and see if it reboots the system.

Google says hold the power button for 10 seconds to reboot the system. Might be worth a try before disconnecting the battery.
