Hey all, customizing my car and I wanted to change the color of my step lighting and was curious if there was a best way to do it?


Step Light (Maxima Logo) (Ignore the carpet)

My two best guesses would be to:
A) place some sort of red tint over the logo (similar to tinting a headlight) which would probably look either really horrible or not give off the effect I want. Or
B) somehow pop open wherever the lighting for it is housed and change the bulb/led directly. Which is more expensive and time consuming.

If anyone has an idea or thinks this is stupid, let me know.
