Leaking front strut bearings

Hello there, I'm brand new here. I've got a 2022 Maxima and totally love it!
However I been having a vibration at around 80 mph.been to the dealer 2times and tire shop once. Dealer even admits it is present.N9 one can resolve this yet.when I jack up front of the car and put in gear I see an obvious hop in both tires.tire shop swears they are good.any ideas on this?
Sorry I guess I got a little off track there for my title but one of the things the dealer is telling me now is my front strut bearings are leaking I think that's a bunch of nonsense can anybody give me any information on that what is a strut bearing going to leak if they don't hold any fluid???

Have a radial run out test on the tires just to confirm there is not an out of round tire. Seat of the pants vibration mean back tires
How many miles on car. Bearings lubed for life of car . Are they thinking bad strut assembly?

47,000 +/- miles , approx 20 k on new Goodyears . Tire shop says they did a road force balance and after adding weights... No problem found. Not true! It's still there, I just completed new front pads and rotors myself. Sure it stops smoother but guess what... Still same high speed shake! The part about the strat bearings leaking I think is just totally ridiculous! Like I said in my post how are they going to leak when they don't have any fluid in them they're not talking about the struts themselves I try to include a picture of their recommendation.

P. S. Thank you so much for your time and input here, I really appreciate it. I'm very frustrated here because neither the dealer nor the tire shop think there's anything wrong with tires or wheels. Dealer just want to rack up a big bill on stuff that is double talk.... "Strut bearings leaking" That's like telling me that my piston return springs are wore out come on guys!
Here is the dealer acknowledging that there is a vibration at high speed or shake but telling me more double talk about my rotors need needing to be leveled and brake pads rubbing More double talk!

Are you under the impression that the struts have no fluid inside them?

Yes, struts contain hydraulic fluid inside them; this fluid is essential for their function as they absorb shocks from bumps in the road by using a piston that pushes against the fluid when compressed.

Key points about struts and fluid:
  • Fluid type: The fluid inside a strut is typically considered hydraulic fluid.
  • How it works: When you drive over a bump, the piston inside the strut compresses, pushing against the fluid which absorbs the impact.
  • Leaking fluid: If you see fluid leaking from a strut, it usually indicates a worn or damaged seal and needs to be replaced.

Not the strut but a bearing I think he is pointing to so I am guessing there is a bearing servicing the driveshafts hooked up to the CVT.? Question is that a real part or service mumbo jumbo? The vibration could be due to imbalanced driveshafts

Bingo! robtroxel that's exactly what I'm asking. I understand the basic premise of how a strut works . I'm just using the dealer's language in what they quoted me $1,300 and some odd dollars to replace on my 2022-47,000 mi Maxima to suggest that they're talking mumbo jumbo because the only bearing listed with regard to a front strut is at the top where the strut connects to the body and there's no way that that is causing the vibration and there is no way that that is going to leak because there is no fluid for it to leak.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do about my dealer the next closest one is approx.25 miles away. It just bums me out about my dealership. Prolly going to go to the tire shop again and see if they will look closer. But I bought the tires from dealership to begin with.
