Vavle Body Issues

Got a Nissan Maxima SV 2021 @ 84k miles. Did the cvt fluid change at 60k cause the losers didnt do it when they shouldve. Having all the symptoms of a valve body issue. Minor judders here and there stop and go traffic alot it sucks. My question is how do i get my Dealer to test my valve body cause otherwise they will pull the " we couldnt replicate the problem everything runs as it should be" bull****. THANK YOU any help would be appreciated love this car but this has been happening since i got it and have almost tried everything to find the issues they said no transmission codes but pretty sure the valve body is the culprit.

You are correct about the valve body issue. They can be defective yet not flip a service code either on the dash or the techs reader. When new my 2016 had this issue and the valve body was replaced @ 15000 miles as a goodwill attempt which did fix the dreaded judder you suffer from. It fixed the issue! Now, Probably a gamble cost wise but better than replacing the whole CVT

21' sv 70k - exact same issue

Having exact same issue. Had the fluid changed as soon as I got it from carvana but was already at 60k. Selecting the highest gearing possible helps but it's very annoying. Would be awesome if it was just the valve body.

Are you going to replace the valve body yourself?

Are you going to purchase the part directly from Nissan?

I bet the dealers have CVT s in stock for this very common problem. If you could get the valve assembly good willed and pay for labor that might be as good as it gets. Good luck
