Looking for a higher powered alternator (2020 SR). Has anyone upgraded the stock (150a) alternator?
I am looking to replace my sub amp, and I need a higher power alternator.
I have zero gauge wire from the battery to the trunk. New Interstate battery (will replace if need be as well).

What makes/ models have you used? Anything to look for as far as reliability, etc?

I just bought a 220 amp Singer alternator and couldn't be happier, Mike was great to work with and the price was very fair. You can also look at Excessive Amperage, they also have very good reviews.
