I got a Quote of $580 To Cure This Small spot of Rust That Forms on most 5th gens rear wheel well thing is i don't wanna do this untill i got Full $1400 to repaint Entire Car pearl White its silver now.

is their anyway to kinda cure it or prevent it from growing further more? I know theirs no cure but perhaps slow it down?
