mc upgrades?

ive seen/heard of nonmaximas either upgrading theyre mc or getting a brace to stop it from moving as much, and supposedly that imporves braking feel. are there any upgrades avaible for our cars.

im currently runnign a basic brake setup, but my z32/cobra/ss lines package should be on soon i thought id ask. it seems a lot of nissans can share parts, perhaps a z32 mc or the like.

I doubt the Z32 one will work...I believe the hook ups are side vs. bottom located...and they are metal tubing lines so we would have to make them or custom bend them to reach somehow without crimping or messing up the piping...

I've heard the same thing. One guy on here claimed to have done the conversion, but he wouldn't post up any pics to prove it......

It can be done only if you have ABS IIRC.

what about maybe soemthing from a larger nissan/infinit sedans or perhaps the pathfinder or soemthing? just a thought. i dont get them often so i thought id share it.

I don't think it's entirely necessary, but it would be nice to have an upgraded MC or a brace....but I think our MC's are not bad...

I have driven cars with a brace such as what your speaking of and I didn't notice anything special about it's brake feel/feedback so I think it doesn't do a whole lot to be honest...

n00b question: wtf is this "bracing" that you're referring to. I feel like I should know what you're talking about, but I don't

it's like a little panhard rod or strut tower brace for your master cyclinder to reduce flex under heavy braking...

here's one for a 350z that stillen makes/sells:
