i was slowing down at the light this morning and all of a sudden my brake pedal had no pressure, it went all the way down.. i though i was pressing the clutch..... is this a problem with the brake lines? or the calipers and rotors themselves.

also i read up on ss brake lines, and they don't seem so beneficial for daily street use... they need to be checked on and the stock lines can handle more pressure? is this true?

it could be anything in your brake system that holds fluids. caliper seal, brake line, ABS pump, master cylinder.....
first thing to look for is leaking fluid.. look inside each wheel for a gooey mess. if you don't see anything, pull each wheel off one at a time and see if you can find anything. when you find the problem, it will be obvious.

and don't believe all the bad hype about SS brake lines. only a fraction of it is true, and millions of cars use them on the street daily without losing their brakes.
