Exclamation everybody with ground controls...

i would like to see an installed picture of the front and rear setups. i have these installed on my max with agx's but i just want to see if i had done it right. because when i lift my vehicle up on the lift the springs arent touching the top strut mount. i have the gc set all the way down on the sleeve. please let me know if i did this wrong or if i just need to put the spring a lil higher on the sleeve. thanks

Most likely you just have to move the spring perch a little higher...

you mean the spring and tophat arent touching the upper mount? i believe thats normal while the chassis is lifted and the wheels hang. its a very small and short spring. if the spring perch is set all the way down, youre most likely riding on the bumpstops all day, given that they are in there. id recommend lifting it up or getting some shortened struts, ie: Koni Yellows, to get that needed suspension travel.

when my car is lifted they do not touch the top spring perch. I am pretty sure this is normal.

IMO everything should be tight even then the car is lifted.

It's just not safe to drive around like this. The top few coils can simply slide to the side while he is driving, which will result in some very unpleasant experience. BTW, I know for sure that something like this would never pass TUV regulations.

Sounds like you need "helper springs" ... does GC offer a helper spring setup??
