Does anyone know what the correct strut mount part number, or bearing number, is for the flat gold colored mount in the middle/bottom of the picture below? I ordered a new mount (the one on top in the pic) from DaveB and when I pulled the strut today, I discovered that the mount he sent me was way wrong! The bumper was wrong too, but the old bumper has a Nissan part number on it. So I'll call him tomorrow & see if we can get it corrected. Looks like all I need is a new strut bearing, not the whole mount now that I've got it all torn apart. Fits a 2001 GXE.

I'm taking off the harsh riding KYB G2's and going back to stock struts/springs.

 

I almost wonder if the part he sent is an updated version...have you tried it to see if it fits?

 

I doubt it's an updated version. The upper spring seat (the black thing w/white bearing on the right) has a lip on it's top that the strut bearing fits onto. The new mount won't fasten to it, plus it's too tall. I peeked at the rear struts in the trunk. Those mounts are 2-bolt mounts. I was sent a 3-bolt mount. No, I suspect I got wrong parts. Was hoping someone might have done this job B4 and know the right part numbers. Thanks.
