Balljoint boots

I ripped a balljoint boot on installation and was wondering if anyone has a source for just the balljoint boot?

For a 4th gen.

see all the part stores ive checked cant just get the boot. The boot doesnt show up in the fast system. And suspension.com says that es doesnt offer a poly boot for the maxima.

Matt if you know of any part numbers that would be helpful.

Call Dave Burnette. If Nissan offers it, he'll know. If not, you'll have to get the whole assembly

Nissan offers the whole control arm with the BJ in it, at like $200. From what others have said they dont offer the BJ alone. With that said I highly doubt they would sell a boot. Best thing to do is buy a BJ from rockauto or locally and press it in.

...or go find a LCA in a junkyard and just take the boot off the BJ and use it on yours

For two bills, it had better be an awesome BJ.

Sorry, you set yourself up for that one.

Different people get quoted different prices. Members have been quoted over $200 for the LCA alone, some over $350 with labor. Jump on that $140 control arm. You dont have much of a choice with the welded in BJ on a 5th gen any how.

Anyone want a ZJ?

Doesnt anyont know of a car that has tie rod ends that would be about the size of out balljoints? Asking before i bust out my calipers and start calling companies.

Cheap would be nice but long lasting is the ideal solution. Balljoint is in the box on the shelf waiting to be installed. So im in no rush.
