master cylinder questions

I was reading an older article about people upgrading there brakes and going from say a single piston to a dual piston or whatever. They then went on to explain that the master cylinder adjusts pressure for the front and rear at diffferent pressures. With all these people doing brake upgrades is it necessary to ad a proportinal valve or change the master cylinder? Or is that taken care of by the piston size of the caliper? Im currently using the 350z rear calipers and rotors and am in the proceess of trying to do the fronts. Can I use or will It be beneficial to use a 350z master cylinder?

if you're using the complete system from a 350, then it should be close enough to work...

Well I say that, but I'd have to look at the math on the internal proportioning valve for the 350. but I'm pretty sure they'll be fine.

very rarely do you have to mess with bias adjusters or other master cylinders if you size the pistons in the calipers right.
