On a P10 the dust shield removal just needs some sharp tinsnips, work your way around slowly and carefully, it does not take long. when going to a P11 brake all I had to cut off was the folded over rim, but for a BABK I had to remove the whole lot.

Only real problem I see with this swap is that bigger brakes are often meant for track use.

If you are looking to track you want good pad options.

There are no good pad options that I know of for the Q45. If there are someone please correct me as it seems the HPS is as good as it gets.

No Pagid, Porterfield, Performance Friction or Hawk race options to be found.

Call porterfield directly and ask them about pads for the Q45. Same with Carbotech and Cobalt Friction. they will make "custom" pads for cars at reasonable prices. basically all they do is take a larger pad and cut it down to fit the contours of what you need.

PICS

Ran across another post of your thread with pics on VQ. Figured I'd post the link so those who wanted pics can see them.

Does anyone have experience with a 90 stanza? They're almost the same car. Would this fit? I have the same spec wheels as OP BTW.
