Question about Mix Matchin Springs
Ok People here's the deal , I gota 5th gen and i got some tokico illumina that i just brought, and i lookin to get some springs . Now i had my mind on some H-Techs FOR a very time . But here's the problem im customizing my trunk meanin ima have some weight in the trunk , so i was thinkin about mix matchin my springs . Maybe get some front H-Techs and use my fact. springs in the back, prayin that it well level perfect wit the front . Or maybe getting some maxspeed ones.IDK , I dont wanta sag in the back

To keep the car's original ride behavior, you'll want slightly stiffer rear springs for both reasons (stiffer front springs and heavier trunk load). Plan on running the rear Illuminas at a higher setting than the front. For the front, '2' isn't enough to keep that end from constantly heaving up and down when the highway is not dead-flat (think I-95). My opinion with even the OE springs.
One of the things you're trying to avoid is having the front and rear suspensions always moving in opposite directions (nose up/tail down, nose down/tail up). Most people don't like having their heads constantly being tossed forward and backward like a bobblehead doll even if it's only by a little.
