Rear suspension help for a 2006 Maxima

Hello all. I'm back with some suspension issues.

I've got a 2006 Maxima.
It's got 170,000+ miles on it.
I'm out of the country for a month.

I'm not getting any kind of thump or clunk from the suspension at all.
The steering feels tight and doesn't pull once the tires are aligned.

My wife took my car to get the oil changed the other day and then have the tires rotated and balanced and get it aligned. (I had 50,000 miles on 45,000 mile tires). The front tires were almost bald and the rears were separating according to the tire shop.

The tires were replaced and balanced. The front end was aligned.

The rear was an issue.

According to what my wife said the tire shop said, the rear was difficult to align and needs new screws or something...

Does anyone know what they might be referring to?

I can understand that the suspension bushings are probably toast what with the mileage of the car and all. There's been nothing done to the suspension other than I had the struts and shocks changed out at like 130,000 miles or so.

If I need bushings, what do I order and where from? Can they be changed by a shade tree mechanic?

I'm willing to change all bushings out for polyurethane but... is that what I need?

Or did those goobers at Tire Kingdom strip out the alignment bolts/nutplates?
