00vi cali or fed spec?

I remember i saw a thread once that listed what was different between the two but I cant find it. I am about to purchase one and would like to know what the differences are and which one I should get if it makes a difference.

Are you getting just the Upper VI or the whole shibang???

The upper VI the only difference that I know of it has a solenoid on the VIAS for the Swirl Valves, also some say the Cali's dont have EGR, which mine did.
