questions about safc II

alright i just got it hooked up today and i want to know if i should wait to adjust my air/fuel untill i can schedule some dyno time and was wondering if any of you safc experts had any words of wisdom? the guy that hooked this up said i should wait to adjust anything untill i can get to the dyno which runs about 120 for the first hour and 80 each additional hour. just wanted some advice as i have never used this peice of equipment before
