Some questions for the all motor project.

Ok, well I've decided to dump the old engine, and start with a new 3.5 swap, but I dont know if to go with the hybrid, or go the full 3.5 Now my other concern is I have a 01" 5-spd tranny, is this going to work with along with the new engine? I've never done a engine swap, nor purchased a engine, so what am I to expect? everything come with the engine? hoses, wiring etc. or just the block, and well i'm SOL kinda? Now what are gonna be my major or propable complications? with this setup? I just want a fast all motor max, this car is gonna be with me forever!! anyhow.. Any links would help, and any advice and I'm sorry I'm not searching, but if you've noticed I havent posted like in 6months, kinda of tied up with other things, but this is something I'm been considering for the past week. Thanks, any links, examples, pic, etc would help. Thanks

In short: Junkyard engines usually come with a wiring harness, coil packs, ect. Yes the 01 5-speed will mate perfect to the 3.5. Full 3.5 is the way to go, better heads.
