Hypothetical Question

I just bought a '03 VQ3.5 and 6spd tranny and all the nessesary parts, ie, alt, power-steering pump, ecu, etc for my 95 with a 5spd MT, what do I need to do to make this work?! I understand I need to get my cams drilled and whatnot...anything else or is this a "bolt on" kinda job?! thanks in advance...
